What came before “CONCORD2”?
The CONCORD2 study builds on the work and findings of the first CONCORD study into the COordiNated Care Of Rare Diseases
What did CONcord find?
The CONCORD study looked at how care services for people with rare conditions are coordinated in the UK, and how people affected by rare conditions and healthcare professionals who treat rare conditions would like them to be coordinated. It was a collaboration between patients and carers affected by rare conditions, healthcare professionals with expertise in rare conditions, and health services researchers.
