We are experienced researchers who previously did a large study about care co-ordination with people affected by rare conditions, called the CONCORD study. The findings from the CONCORD2 study will be shared widely with people living with rare conditions, policy makers, academics and other stakeholders.

Our team is made up of two principle investigators as well as the wider research team.
